Testing Structure for Seismic Simulation
Experimental equipment for large-scale dynamic tests on structural and non-structural elements.
Made up of four actuators, the system is able to simulate the relative response of any pair of contiguous floors of buildings of any height.
Nominal operating pressure: 280 bar
Displacement capacity: +/- 1.000 mm
Force capacity: +/- 150 kN
Spherical joints: 150 kN

Biaxial Machine - BX30030
The testing system is built to verify the performance of seismic isolators.
The tests involve the application of a compression load (vertical load) and the use of cyclic horizontal displacements.
The general characteristics of the test machine in terms of vertical load, movement and speed (both vertical and horizontal axis) have been identified considering that almost all of the end-of-production tests and most of the qualification tests can be performed.
Vertical force: 30.000 kN
Horizontal force: 3.000 kN

Machine for bending tests on rails - FPF1000
The system is designed and built to perform 4-point bending fatigue tests on welded rails.
The test specimen can be subjected to bending stress through the application of a compressive and tensile load by a hydraulic servo-cylinder.

Biaxial Machine - BX0316
The system is designed and built to perform both 4-point bending fatigue tests on rails on the vertical axis and static tensile tests on the horizontal axis
Compressive force on vertical axis: 350 kN.
Tensile force on vertical axis: 1500 kN.

FPF 30 MN Machine
Uniaxial load frame, sized to withstand maximum loads of 30 MN in both compression and traction for tests on structural elements.
The frame is equipped with a fixed lower base and a movable upper crossbeam for the control of working width.
The movement of the upper crossbeam is provided by four hydraulic servo-cylinders firmly fixed to the two crossbeams, which also have the function of applying the load on the specimen through the movement of the upper crossbeam.
