Testing machine in full scale of tubular components for the offshore sector
Assembly consisting by the frame and the relative components arranged before the installation of the sample and upon execution of the load tests.
Aim of the machine is to reproduce some of the load conditions to which is subjected a tubular component intended for the off-shore oil/gas sector and which falls within the flow-line and/or riser geometries of interest.
The load conditions that the machine must be able to reproduce are those of Simple Load (collapse from external pressure by pure bending moment, compressive axial load, yielding of the tensile load section) and combinations thereof, therefore Combined Load.
Stress Corrosion Crakcing
3 stations machine for the execution of stress corrosion cracking tests with a maximum load static traction equal to 30 kN on each station.
Each station is equipped with:
- extensometer force transducer
- microswitch controlled electronic counter
The display of the load occurs, at choice of the operator through a switch, on a single display.
