OPERATIONS FOR ORDINARY MAINTENANCE OF THE HYDRAULIC POWER UNIT:

• Control and reset of accumulator precharge;

• Oil level control;

• Control of operating pressure and temperature;

• Control of performance and set point temperature management of refrigerator;

• Inspection of hydraulic connections;

• Control of flexible piping’s rubber conditions (replacement every 5 years or 10.000 hours);

• Control of visual indicator’s dirty filters;

• Control of alarm and interlock devices’ performance;

• Filter replacement, in case 1.000 working hours are exceeded.

Oil change is recommended every 10.000 hours.

OPERATIONS FOR ORDINARY MAINTENANCE OF TEST MACHINES AND SINGLE CYLINDERS:

• Control of filters’ conditions and replacement after 1.000 hours of operation;

• Control and reset of accumulatore precharge;

• Inspection of hydraulic connections;

• Control of flexible piping’s conditions (absence of abrasion, bubbles);

• Control of alarm and interlock devices’performance;

• Visual check of actuator’s status;

• Check of electrical cables and connectors’ conditions;

• Servo-valves check;

• Filling in the register for the machine under maintenance.

STANDARD OPERATIONS FOR CYLINDER INSPECTION:

• Cylinder pickup at your laboratory;

• Cylinder disassembly and locking at our facility;

• Chrome-plating removal;

• New chrome-plating application;

• Rod precision grinding;

• Washing of components;

• Replacing seals with a new kit;

• Assembly and test;

• Shipping of the cylinder to your laboratory.
